The system of yoga has offered us a wonderful lens through which to view this idea of Wholeness.
of WELL-ness.
Within the yogic (energetic) anatomy,
they posited that we contain multiple layers -
1) The physical body (literally, in this context food sheath)
2) The "breath" body (or vital sheath - wherein exist our autonomic nervous system, our respiratory system, our endocrine system, etc.)
3) The mental body
4) The wisdom body
& finally...
5) the JOY body
Within this system, exists the idea that in order for us to experience WELL-ness on a deep level - we must create practices that nourish us on all 5.
Not just a happy skin suit, but a happy mental landscape, too.
Not just well-groomed musculature, but a calm & fluid nervous system, as well.
Not just a surface level wellness that fades when swimsuit season ends, but something we experience in a bone-deep way.
That resonates into every aspect of this Life.

For the next 6 weeks, I'll be offering an online group program designed to help you re-commit, re-awaken & re-vitalize your own systems of self-care and WELL-being.
- We'll gather each week in an online call to unpack some tools, practices, ideas & support around these various facets.
- We'll share practices from the yogic toolkit, the herbalist one, too.
- And we'll create systems and relationships of accountability and support, plus a tailor-made, enactable plan designed to help you move into this season feeling, well, WELL.

The cost for the 6 weeks is $125 (normally, what a single coaching session runs) and includes
- Weekly emails with resources, practices, & tools.
- A weekly live call with guided movement & breath work. (Don't worry if you can't make each call. They'll be recorded and the link sent to you after to view on your own time.)

Along with the weekly written material, we'll gather in person for our Live Calls - where we share, collectively & individually - what's coming up for each of us around this work.
Swap insights. Recipes. Share challenges. Craft a highly individualized Action Plan for that week. And partner up with someone to have some extra support & accountability, to make sure you're implementing all that good juju.

And begin to just lovingly, instead, take note of What IS.
This week, we start just by paying attention. To the things that drag us down. The things that lift us up. And the unconscious patterns and behaviors we're locked into that are keeping us from feeling GOOD.

Who this is for:
